Created, planned, and oversaw a new summer school model called, Gloversville Summer Learning Academy. Created effective systems and structures to meet the needs of our students. The mission is to provide students with a unique and engaging summer experience that focuses on their academic, social, and emotional development in a collaborative environment that centers around essential skill building and experiential learning. I hired staff, created schedules, planned trips, and collaborated with district leaders to ensure classroom space, Chromebook availability, SchoolTool accounts, and community partnerships.
